Job description

We are looking for a Finished Goods Warehouse Executive to plan and coordinate various shipping processes and procedures to ensure finished goods are delivered to customers in prompt, timely and satisfactory, condition, in order to comply with Company’s policies and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the scheduling of warehouse stuffing plan to ensure alignment with company goals and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and ensure that trucking arrangement are smoothly, on time, and without incurring additional charges, rejection and complaint.
• Ensuring that each container supply are meets food safety standard requirements.
• Liaising with other departments (Customer service), depots, ports and shipping liner for container needs and any problems that require improvement in terms of service or container quality.
• Updating shipment details into the port systems.
• Manage the billing submission and systems posting.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on trucking performance and logistic cost.
• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience covering full spectrum of Warehouse or Shipping and Logistics field.
• Experienced in managing delivery planning.
• Experienced in SAP would be an added advantage.
• High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills and potentials.
