Sales and Marketing Executive / Assistant (Preferably Chinese Speaking)
- To build a positive business relationship with existing / potential customers.
- To work closely with the shipping department and production planner to support for order fulfilment.
- To update system and responsible on customer database management, dissemination of communications, and other day to day administration and coordination tasks.
- To maintain & update customer price list, customer profile and shipment details.
- To provide weekly sales report and market feedback to the sales team.
- To arrange customer samples to agents/ buyers
- 3-year experience in Sales & Marketing coordination.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business or Business Administration or in a related discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills.
- High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Leadership skills and potentials.
- PC literate and able to use Microsoft Office software.
- Resourceful and energetic, with an eye for details on strategic matters.
- Able to work independently as well as being a team-player with strong commitment to department harmony.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
